Noies en l'actuació de dansa

"Henko", directed by Mario G Sáez, is an exploration of personal change and transformation through contemporary dance. The Level I dancers will invite us on a journey where they will seek to shine with a different light, reflecting the process of evolution towards a better version of themselves.

"Jo no busco, ho trobo", under the direction of Laia Santanach, is a performance by the Level II group which will present this piece inspired by Picasso's work "Les senyoretes d'Avinyó". It explores the search for the communal essence through dance, where twelve women will experience different states to discover what unites them.

These performances stem from the creativity and the need to express themselves of the members of the modern dance workshops of the UAB Aula de Dansa. With a focus on body awareness, movement dynamics and musicality, professors Mario G Sáez and Laia Santanach guide the students in the development of their technical and expressive skills.

These workshops are essential for the preparation of the dancers, allowing them to explore the physical and emotional limits of dance, as well as to learn the techniques of modern dance by integrating different dynamics of movement, improvisation, creation and use of the stage space.
