Access and consultation All of the libraries have infrastructure and services in order to locate, to access and to allow consultation of documentary resources needed for learning, teaching and researching, the majority of which are freely accessible. You can find the opening hours of the sites and services in the menu bar on this page. Due to conditions of space and special conditions for protection of documents, some of the documental sources are located in storerooms, so it is necessary to request them from library staff. This must be done within the established schedules. The UAB Study room is a service for reading, queries and accessing documental collections. It is located on the two underground floors of the Social Sciences Library and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Journals room/Study room of the Humanities Library is also opened on special hours, mainly during exams time. Access to the UAB Study Room at night, public holidays and weekends is restricted to the members of the Catalan public universities (ACUP). Your UAB I.D. card or your valid registration sheet together with an identification card is required. Our commitment
