Specific academic requirements

These general academic requirements refer to the academic degrees that make you eligible for admission.
Students with a Spanish university degree
Students with university degrees from the EU
Students with university degrees from another countries
Students without university degrees

To be considered an eligible candidate in good standing for admission to a graduate programme, you must hold a bachelor´s degree or equivalent, i.e.:

  • An EHEA undergraduate degree  (minimum 180 ECTS credits), or
  • A degree equivalent to a Spanish bachelor, associate or engineering degree earned prior to the implementation of the EHEA (minimum 3 academic years)

Documents you must submit:

  • Degrees that comply with the EHEA (European Higher Education Area):
    • Copy of your DNI, NIE or passport
    • Certified copy of your university degree.  You may bring us the original and a copy, and we will certify it for you.
    • If your degree was issued in a language other than Catalan, Spanish, English, French or Portuguese, you will need to submit a certified translation.
    • 1 passport-size photograph
  • Other university degrees:
    • Copy of your DNI, NIE or passport
    • Certified copy of your university degree.  You may bring us the original and a copy, and we will certify it for you.
    • Certified copy of your transcript.  You may bring us the original and a copy, and we will certify it for you.
    • If your degree was issued in a language other than Catalan, Spanish, English, French or Portuguese, you will need to submit a certified translation.
    • 1 passport-size photograph

If you are a foreign student taking courses on campus, you must also submit a copy of your NIE. If you have not obtained it yet by the time of registration, please submit it as soon as you get it.
