Types and fees

The personal academic certificate is your transcript: number of credits / hours, grades, academic year.... Keep in mind that most programmes do not have individual course exams; therefore, many transcripts lack partial grades and cannot be certified.

If you need a transcript, you may request it personally from the Graduate School, by email (ep.certificats@uab.cat), or by fax (93 581 31 27). Below you will find a transcript request form.

Transcripts carry a fee that must be paid to this account in Caixa Catalunya:

2013 0692 86 0201 934059.

If paying by bank transfer, you will probably need the codes below:

Transcripts are issued within a week after the receipt is submitted to the User Information Office (Unidad de Atención al Usuario), which may be done by fax or email.

Transcripts may also be requested by mailing the request form and receipt to:

Transcripts may be collected by the student or by a duly authorized person.
