The purpose of this Master is to train students in the creation, tools and methods necessary to program and design 3D video games, due to the emerging demand for professionals in the video game industry.

Students receive theoretical and pratical training and they work directly with professionals of the video game industry.

The Master is strongly focused on developing a complete video game prototype in groups of 4 to 6 students (designers and programmers) and with professional methods. This video game prototype will be very useful for them as a cover letter to enter the video game industry. This prototype will be evaluated by professionals.

This Master offers two different specializations. One deals with programming and covers the technical aspects of video game creation such as audio, graphics, network, logic, artificial intelligence, physics, etc. The other specialization deals with graphic design and covers art direction, character ans scenery models, character animation or interface design.

- Programming track: aimed mainly at Computer and Telecommunication engineers and graduates in Math and Physics, as well as related majors.

- Design track: aimed mainly at graduates in Fine Arts and Audiovisual Communication and related degrees.

- Video game studio programmer (logic, technology, audio, etc.)
