Systemic coaching is a structural intervention process aimed at people, groups and organizations which promotes learning to support development, and consequently, increase satisfaction. Its area of application is the real client context, and it is aimed at concrete results. It focuses on the current and potential capabilities of the client.

In this process, the coach transfers skills to the client, but never does his or her work. The client's reality is defined as an international reality, based on interdependencies requiring the client's ability to perceive the whole, interaction patterns and relationship networks.

Systemic coaching requires special sensitivity towards subtle interconnections that make people different. When a person or organization has a conflict, a systemic thinking coach sees it as originating in the underlying structures and not simply as individual error or unwillingness.

Systemic coaching allows, through its holistic and interdependent premises, to find the essential points where new perspectives, acts and structure modification may produce significant and long-lasting improvement.

University degree with minimum of 180 ECTS or equivalent (psychologists, doctors, teachers, sociologists, social workers, educators, nurses, etc.)
