The muscle-bone-joint structure supports mechanical and physical activities throughout life which affect or alter its function. Analysis and treatment of mechanical dysfunction is the subject of osteopathy, and its purpose is to manually correct and improve their function or to stop or delay the process of decay.

This Master follows the Graduate Certificate in Structural Osteopathy chronologically. In addition to being an extension and furthering prior knowledge, this training goes beyond the strictly locomotive system and into areas of cranio-facial, thoracic and abdominal dysfunctions, treating the patient from a holistic approach. Besides treating multiple pathologies, it also deals with dysfunctions affecting different population groups such as:

- Integrating posture morphotypology into clinical practice

Osteopathy practice offers benefits to numerous dysfunctions and pathologies affecting the osteo-muscle-joint structure and different parts of the human body. Since many of these are prevalent, osteopathy intervention, which is exclusively manual, offers a very important therapeutic option to be taken into account.
