The financial sector is undergoing a period of intense change. Numerous developments have increased the pressure of competition, which demands business to renew its operation processes and the executive role in all its functions.

Furthermore, strong competition and constant change imply the need to train people who are able to work in a dynamic environment subject to accelerated tension.
