Master in International in Family Law
The international online Master in Family Law of the UAB comes from the need for collaboration between family law theorists and practitioners at a time when the requirement for lawyer specialization is imminent for the future creation of the family jurisdiction in the Spanish jurisdictional system.
It is the first university Master in Family Law that is 100% online and may be completed from anywhere in the world.
To guarantee its quality and level of excellence, a scientific committee made up of prestigious family law specialists in judicature, practice and university, whose main purpose is to guide the content that must be approached and nominate the jurists who participate as guest professors in the different modules according to their specialization and professional recognition.
This way, all those involved take part in the design and development of the Master so as to bring the university closer to the demands of professional practice and society.
On this matter, it is necessary to highlight the cooperation agreements signed between the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, The Spanish Association of Family Lawyers and The Catalan Association of Family Lawyers, which we expect to expand to a number of associations in the near future.
