Description

Today, business must deal with many diverse factors that emphasize the trend towards globalization.

Globalization of business is no longer of interest just for executives, but a requirement in most cases in the global economy and markets.

In order to remain and grow in an increasingly homogeneous market characterized by opening and intensive application of information and communication technologies, business needs people who are used to thinking globally, able to identify opportunities for business, to leverage the needs of customers and to know how to define and carry out competitive growth strategies in international markets.

International expansion must be the central element of a business strategy aimed at achieving sustainable growth of business volume, which implies, basically, a change in corporate culture.

Aware of these challenges, the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona offers a Master that has been especially designed to train experts in international business strategy and marketing.
