Master in Clinical Andrology
The Puigvert Foundation is an institution with a long tradition in urology, nephrology and andrology medicine, teaching and clinical practice. The andrological section was created at the beginning of the 1970s and since then it has become a national and European reference in the specialist area. The bases for the practice of andrology were established at the Institution. It is currently the only centre in Spain with an independent service and the only centre in Spain certified to teach this specialist area.
This Master's degree aims to provide the necessary skills on physiopathology of the male reproductive organ at different stages of life, the ethiology of the most serious male pathologies and the diagnostic methods for classifying them as well as the general principles for medical treatment and surgery in cases of andrological conditions.
- Degree in Medicine with specialisms in endocrinology or urology.
- Other specialisms (Dermatology, Gynaecology) may be admitted. Please enquire at the department.
