The Hospital del Mar, which forms part of the current 'Mar' Health Research Park has a long tradition in the care, teaching and research of infectious diseases. The course in antimicrobial therapy has now been offered for 40 years and the Master's degree in Infectious Diseases is now in its 18th year, as well as numerous courses in infectious pathologies of the specialist areas.
This course is preceded by three diploma courses and is the ninth to be taught as a Master's degree.
Anti-infection therapy is a particular highlight. The dominant pathology is infectious and knowledge about it needs to be well known and updated. Many illnesses require constant updating (HIV infection, resistant germs and others).
- University degree with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits or equivalent in Medicine or Hospital Pharmacy.
