Typography is central to design. This Graduate Certificate provides the knowledge and skills necessary for a more thorough understanding and application of new potential and requirements that typographical tradition and new technology offer to the creation of new alphabets, model making, labelling, infography and corporate identity.
- Universitary degree is required.
- Advanced degrees in design, fine arts graduates, design professionals, and in general, publishing, media, advertising and image professionals in general.
- Prior knowledge of graphic design and typography is required, as well as being able to use design programmes (Quark-Xpress, Indesing), although no prior experience in font design or font editing programmes is necessary.
