Postgraduate UAB > Masters and graduate certificates > Education > Graduate certificate in systematic and multidimensional education
Nowadays we are experiencing very fast, complex growth. Formal and non-formal education exist side by side in many cultural, social and family situations. This implies that education professionals (management teams, teachers, social workers, etc.) have to manage this wealth and variety of complex situations in order to carry out their work. They therefore need to develop skills and abilities based on a way of thinking that is able to capture interactions, operate in networks and use intervention strategies from a broad perspective that includes all the systems involved in educational interaction.
The application of the contributions of this systematic vision within the educational framework opens the door to a new paradigm for teaching and learning which makes it possible for teachers to look at the educational system as a whole, linking the family, social, cultural and historical circumstances to it while seeing how this influences and has repercussions on teaching and learning processes.
Diploma or degree holders, preferably in the fields of Social Education, Pre-School and Primary Education, Pedagogy, Psychology and Educational Psychology.
