One of the main characteristics of western society's current eating habits is excess. Food intake that greatly exceeds real nutritional needs causes an emerging epidemic: obesity, which carries multiple associated pathologies such as diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis or cancer.
However, the consumer society imposes a body image on the individual. In this context, we find both obesity problems and eating disorders. This course provides the necessary keys to understand the problems treated, as well as the proper way to approach the situation at the preventive and intervention levels once the problem has manifested itself.
-Degree in health or experimental sciences with certified professional experience or training in basic diet and nutrition.
-Degree in Psychology.
