This graduate certificate aims at training students and professionals who wish to specialize in human resources management in business and institutions.
The graduate certificat in Managing People in Organizations offers students the opportunity to develop their own professional competencies to direct, manage, act and make decisions, taking into account the strategic and organizational vision of the company, and to act as a leader of people and teams
- Bachelor and Associate degrees in the area of business and institutions such as: Economics, Business Management and Administration, Business Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Law and Public Administration, Labour Relations, among others.
In justified cases, for example, work experience due documented, students can be allowed to access to the studies without the prerequisite of having a university degree (minimum 180 ECTS or equivalent) acquiring only a certificate of attendance.
