Graduate Certificate in Management and Communication Skills
This course has been developed as a result of the conviction that management skills and leadership are intimately related with communication skills. The interactions that take place in working teams, the need to give adequate explanations for every situation, the need for persuasion and motivation for action, all find a solution in efficient expression and communication.
This course is aimed at people working in positions of responsibility in companies or private and public institutions; professionals from any sector of production or people working in politics who wish to improve their resources and their communication skills for team management and efficient leadership.
Experience of two years of the specialised course in Construction of Political Discourse: Personal and Media Communication has been very positive and has marked a line along which to continue. The student themselves of these two years of the course have suggested the possibility of broadening the topic of communication, aimed more at team management.
- Hold a University Degree of at least 180 ECTS or equivalent.
