The media become actors in the conflicts about which they report. Journalism in a war environment may not only contribute to expose civilian abuse but it may also call attention to ways to peacefully resolve violent situations.

The graduate certificate in Conflict and Peace Communication trains students by studying several international conflicts to understand the reasons behind them and how to report the news in a responsible way and with commitment to the values solidarity and social justice
