The Committee for Quality, presided by the Library Services Director, has established the following general objectives for the Library Services for 2012:

To implement a protocol to communicate resources and services with management teams

To design a global plan of the image and presence of the Library Service in social networks

To give more visibility to the research activity of the UAB research groups

To give more visibility to user training courses, adapting to user needs

To develop added-value improvements in Millennium

To analyse the implementation of mobile technology at the Library Service

To make a Services Charter for users with special needs

To evaluate periodical publications, database and e-books usage

To analyse possible sponsorhip and external finance sources

To revise and complete the documents of the reference SFQ and Intranet restructuring
-
To end the revision and updating of the Regulation and Loan Normative
