Financial aids, grants and calls

This call aims to select candidates for trainee research staff positions under the framework of the general guidelines for academic studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Agreement 57/2006, of 20 December, of the UAB Governing Council). All trainee staff positions offered in this call are subject to the Spanish Law on Science, Technology and Innovation (Ley 14/2011, de 1 de junio). Candidates selected to cover these positions will join a UAB official master's degree or PhD programme to complete their doctoral thesis before the end of the programme or in the six months following the termination of the contract.

The amount will be paid in 12 monthly installments and includes all special bonuses.

5.4. To apply for a position all fields on the application form must be fully completed. The form must be submitted in PDF format, together with the following documents:

5.4.1. National ID card (for EU citizens) or Passport (for non-EU citizens).
5.4.2. Curriculum Vitae.
5.4.3. Certificate of your academic transcript.
5.4.4. Copy of your official university certificate (or equivalent document accrediting your completion of a university degree) 5.4.5. If applicable, copy of your official university certificate enabling you to be admitted to a PhD programme.
5.5. If you have earned your certificate from a university abroad and it is not in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Italian or Portuguese, you must provide a sworn translation of your certificate.
5.6. All certificates issued abroad must include a student record with all subjects taken and credits earned, as well as the grading system used by the institution and the minimum mark needed to pass.
